Allen - Managing Director

Allen, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, brings valuable experience in neurological rehabilitation to his role in supporting our participants. Through his work, Allen has witnessed the impactful contributions of support workers firsthand, particularly in their collaboration with allied health professionals. He recognises the crucial role support workers play in enhancing the effectiveness of rehabilitation efforts and improving outcomes and lives of people. 


Allen loves travelling, mis-hitting golf balls,  live music and Essendon Bombers

Jordan - Director

Jordan exhibits a genuine passion for

helping others, and it is evident in his

interactions with participants and their

families. Jordan has a natural ability to

connect with others, creating a positive

and comfortable environment. His

empathetic nature and commitment to

making a difference is what sets Jordan apart.


Jordan loves going to the gym, playing playstation and getting a few kicks at local footy. Jordan is a great footballer, just ask him.

Tommy

Tommy brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. Tommy’s deep understanding of health and nutrition, combined with his teaching experience and ongoing studies, makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Whether he’s helping clients with their daily activities or educating them about healthy living, Tommy’s expertise and caring nature ensure that our clients receive the best possible support.


When Tommy's head isn't in the books, Tommy enjoys baking bread, keeping fit and cheering his beloved cats at Kardinia Park.

Tom

Tom is a compassionate caring person who is currently in the midst of his Occupational Therapy course at Deakin University. His career is driven by a deep passion for helping others and commitment to bringing the best out of others. When working with clients and their families, Tom takes pride in listening and working with the client to lead a healthier and happier life. 



Tom loves playing footy in the Geelong area, hanging out with mates and family, and spending time with his dog, Ringo.

Zach

With several years of experience in disability support, Zach is passionate about helping participants live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. Zach is dedicated to creating positive relationships and supporting individuals to build confidence, achieve their goals, and feel empowered in their everyday lives.  


Outside work, Zach enjoys staying active through sports and the gym, spending time with friends, and making the most of everyday. Zach is passionate about bringing smiles to people's faces and making a genuine difference in the lives of who he supports.

Liam


Liam is an enthusiastic and dedicated support worker with four years of experience in the disability sector and currently studying a Bachelor of Social work course at Deakin University. He takes pride in building strong, genuine relationships with participants and supporting them to achieve their goals, develop independence, and create meaningful experiences within their communities.


Liam enjoys creating a supportive environment where participants feel respected, encouraged, and empowered. He believes that every person deserves the opportunity to live life to the fullest.


Outside of work, Liam enjoys playing local football, staying active through fitness and exercise, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Oscar


Oscar is a caring and dedicated person who is currently completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science / Business Management.

Oscar's passion for helping people achieve their goals originally developed through his work with athletes and in sport. This passion has naturally translated into supporting people living with disability to work towards their goals and maintain happy, active lifestyles.


Outside of work, Oscar loves living an active and healthy lifestyle. He enjoys playing football and shanking golf balls around the golf course with his friends. Originally from Port Fairy, Oscar also loves heading back down the coast to spend time with his family.
